Description
In an individual support session you will receive personal attention in a safe, non-judgemental environment. We will discuss your loss and together develop strategies to help you move forward when you are ready. Your session will be individually tailored to your needs and could include breathing exercises and guided meditation.
Please note that this is support only for your pet loss and not therapy. If we feel you need more in-depth grief work I will be happy to help you find a therapist that can work with your issues.
